Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we maintain specific return guidelines to ensure product quality and safety:

• Returns are accepted only for unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

• We are unable to accept returns on opened coffee products unless there is a verified quality issue or defect.
