Refund policy
At Mug & Meadow, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Refund & Return Policy
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and, if necessary, coordinate with our fulfillment partner to process a replacement or refund, at our expense.
Shipping Issues
For packages lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in tracking your order or issuing a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of sealed coffee bags for reasons other than damage, defect, or fulfillment error. Any returned sealed goods will not be eligible for reshipping and will be disposed of by our fulfillment partner.
Wrong or Insufficient Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if you wish to have the order reshipped to the correct address.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a package is unclaimed and returned to our fulfillment partner, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping if you wish to have the order sent again.
